Simply Stampin' Challenge - Colour: Pink Pirouette, Melon Mambo, Wisteria Wonder

I loved this weeks colours, but am not at all happy with my creation this week - somehow inspiration was lacking. Anyway, the colours are:

  • Whisper White
  • Pink Pirouette
  • Wisteria Wonder
  • Melon Mambo

I have been a bit naughty (again!) and used a touch of Lucky Limeade as well. The colours don't seem to have photographed well either, with the melon mambo looking very red... oh well never mind!

And a close up of the edging of melon mambo around the white circle, and the lovely layers created using the two-step stamping technique of the flowers on the background. I have also used the rock and roll method to stamp the pink 'fill' of the flowers, using a combination of melon mambo and pink pirouette.

Happy Crafting!

  2. Hehe I think you can be let off for using a tiny bit of lucky limeade - it really helps lift the flowers and make them pop a bit more! x

  3. Very pretty card Becky! I cheated as well and used a touch of Lucky Limeade for some colouring! Sometimes it just has to be done to make it perfect! Kirei x
